Stopped by these folks' this afternoon...they supplement their income with a greenhouse...so you want hot- Wow! Step inside there. Greenhouses here are nearly all wooden frames with plastic stretched on them. The 'potting shed' is dug down into the ground a ways...and has the youngest batch of baby chicks running around on the floor. Amish people call chicks 'beeplen'...which we always shortened to 'beeps'...which is what they do.
