as per the request in a comment recently, here is the brownies recipe!
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cream sugar and butter well. Add eggs, vanilla. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to sugar mixture and stir well. Bake in greased, floured 8x14 pan at 350 until it shrinks from the sides of the pan, approx 25 min. (toothpick test will not work since they are very moist- if it comes out dry, they're overbaked!) Let cool and enjoy!
