Without getting political, let me say the thing that immediately came to my mind was my little nephew's Bob the Builder story... When I was home, Justin loved all things 'Bob the Builder' and his favorite was the 'Bob the Builder YES WE CAN'. Only he'd say, at top volume, "...YES WE TAN!"

Apparently, Obama (or his speechwriter) doesn't have any little people in his life that are nuts about Bob the Builder...or he'd have chosen a different phrase...
