well- the unfortunate part of this turns out to be that the note is still there- so it's been there for a week. Let us just hope they got the flood stopped.
Hope there is noone inside that apartment! Now my mind is going to all kind of places(because you said the note was still there)...are your neighboors on a vacation...hope that is the case, not the other thing I am thinking!
note's gone, neighbor's been spotted, no one's dead (that we know of) so all must be ok. We live in a pretty nice building, actually. Neighbors have been great.
